How does Purple Motion work?
Purple Motion is a bike subscription service! You pay a low monthly fee to get your own bike, equipped with locks and access to free repairs. If you ever have an issue with your bike, simply contact us through our service form & we’ll help you get back on your wheels!
How do repairs work?
If you have any issues with your bike such as a flat tire, submit your issue in the service form, we’ll then reach back out to you either by coming to your doorstep or arranging for you to pick up a new bike whilst we fix yours in the background - no stress ! This care is all included in your subscription, contrary to T&C’s
What happens if my bike gets stolen?
It’s very important to always lock your bike, even if you’re just doing a quick stop!
All of our bikes come with locks that allows you to secure your bike wherever you go - please remember to lock your bike at all times!
In the scenario where your bike gets stolen, report it to us & we’ll support you in filing a police report. You’ll also be charged a fee, with its cost dependent on if you locked or not locked your bike, but after we’ll get you a replacement.
How do I end my subscription?
Ending your subscription is very easy! Just contact us via our contact form and mention your name and bike reg number & we’ll arrange to cancel your subscription as well as where to hand your bike over.
